On behalf of my husband and myself I am writing to express our appreciation and to acknowledge the work accomplished by the company, Advantage Group.
Fall, 2008 we received a quote and commitment from Michael Labbe to complete an extensive project to upgrade our backyard. Michael and his team arrived, Spring, May 6, 2009 and completed the project by May 15, 2009. The timeframe within which the work was completed not only exceeded our expectations, but those of our neighbours. The final cost did reflect those changes initiated by ourselves, with the end result keeping us on budget.
In watching Michael and his team work, it became quickly evident how this company is able to deliver such excellent service. The team arrived precisely on time at 7am every morning. Breaks were short and the pace of the work was efficient and constant. An architectural plan was available for them to follow; however, when the plan needed adjustment, Michael found solutions and consulted with us appropriately.
We were very impressed with how the team managed the site as a whole. The project entailed a considerable amount of material being moved on and off the lot. A narrow corridor between the two homes was all that was afforded for this to occur. The potential for damage, accidents and disarray was high. The team kept the site clean and safe throughout. Each evening machinery and tools were properly stored and vehicles on the street were well marked with orange safety cones.
Work such as this is disruptive particularly on a quiet residential street. We had spoken to our neighbours on either side and felt we had their understanding and patience during this project. There were instances, however, where the team did have to field feedback and questions from some neighbours. Based on our observations, this was done with tact and ultimately we have not had one complaint to address. In fact, comments to date relate to the quality of the work and how impressive the yard now looks.
As such, we would like to register our satisfaction with this company and would have no hesitation in referring Michael and his team to others.
